Good morning forum

Just wondered if someone could make an FLR FP application based on unmarried partner if they have a British child together (mother has ILR) and they have evidence of living together for more than two years. Just waned clarification of whether the exemption will apply because they do not earn £18,600.

Also to confirm the father is an overstayer - his visit visa expired years ago.
