If you can prove that it is unreasonable for the child to leave the UK. Birth in the UK by itself does not give any rights to settle in the UK. Why do you believe that it is unreasonable for the child to leave the UK?samithlsc wrote:but still i have a chance to get 3 years visa as parents dont i?
