child dependant visa of parents WHO BOTH HAVE ILR

HI pleaase help me ,for so many days i have question in my mind and nobody could help me.

i have to bring my child who was born in india in oct 2014 and me and my wife both have ILR FROM 2012 NOV
my questions are 1) do i need to show any salary threshold criteria,if so how much i need to show
2)do i need to show any maintainance funds (minimum balance) ,if so how much i need??
3)and please tell me what are all paper work needed for my child dependant application

If you are both in the Uk and have sole responsibility for your child then he will qualify for ILE. There is no maintenance threshold. Just evidence that you can maintain yourself without recourse to public funds will suffice.

I HAVE A SMALL QUESTION ME AND MY WIFE WE BOTH HAVE ILR ,BUT MY WIFE IS IN INDIA FOR THE LAST 14MONTHS ,I AM IN THE UK WORKING CONTINOUSLY,NOW BECAUSE MY WIFE IS INDIA FOR THE LAST 14MONTHS DO I NEED TO SHOW ANY MAINTAINANCE FUNDS .

There is no maintenance threshold. Just evidence that you can maintain yourself without recourse to public funds will suffice.
