Switching from tier 4 dependent to tier 2

Hi all,
I have a following condition.

I was a tier 4 student and finished my master degree from uk. Then i switch to tier 4dependent. Can anyone help me with if i have to do labour market test or not. I went through ukvi guide and it says if you have or were tier 4 student. That mean i was tier 4 student. I am vey confused with this statement. Please help me with correct guide. Or any similar suituations.

Facts:
You "have" leave as a Tier 4 dependant.
You "were last granted" leave as a Tier 4 dependant.

Noe re-read the statement you refer to.
