Tier 2 sponsorship

Hi,

I have got my tier 2 first extension done in July 2013, my company got their licencee for 4 years from June 2013 to June 2017. Now I got my second extension due in July 2016. My company will have only 1 year licence valid at the time I am going to apply my extension, can they sponsor me for 3 year in June 2016 to June 2019 or it will be only for 1 year as they will have one year valid licence . They are happy to renew their licence in June 2017 or before if possible

Can someone advice as few people told me that I have to apply in June 2016 for 1 year and again 2017 I need to reapply for another 2 years, when my company will renew their licence

They can issue another 3 years CoS for extension and renew their license after 1 year. It should be alright. But you can wait for expert advise.

they can issue the cos now for 3 years and will only need to renew their licence closer to time.
they will get notification for renewal of licence at 4 , 3, 2, 1 months before the expiry of licence.
