Fiance visa question (quick one!)

I am english, living in england with house job etc.... My south african fiance (who has been living with me for 18 months on visiter visas) applied for her fiance visa in RSA on Wednesday. We have a very straight forward application, as in housing, finance and all other things are in order. She recieved a text today that her application has been processed and ready for collection - only 2 days later. She will not be able to collect it until Mon.

My question (just so that we can both have a peaceful weekend!) is, does a very quick turnaround like this mean that it is likely the application has been accepted??
