Tier 1 (ent) Extension & investment

Hi All

Our Extension is due in few months....... i know this topic is discussed previously but i need an expert view

about employee salary...... IS IT CONSIDERED INVESTMENT by Home office??

our business is marketing & consultancy so we spent about 10K on set-up initially and about 5K on marketing etc so we cant really spend the rest coz of nature of our business.

we paid about 25K to our employees since we got visa will this be counted as investment??

also we had 1 employee full time for 1 year who has resigned now so at the time of extension we will be having only 1 part time employee, will this effect employment requirement at the time of extension ??

According to my understanding of the rule, you have to invest 50K into the company account and out of this 50K the company can spend on various expenses and the balance if any can remain in the company account which is acceptable. Now to the other part here which is expenditure, employee pay is a legal and valid expense for the company which would be acceptable.

When did the part time employee start working for you?? If it has been more than 2 yrs then it should be alrite if the other employee has been employed for a full one year full time.

Anyone else would like to comment? I am just answering out of my understanding of the rules.
