Hi
Here is my brief U.K immigration history. I came to U.k in september 2012 with dependent. I was enrolled in MSC Management but end up with PGD Management. I made extension on Jan 2014 but in April it was refused. I appealed the decision which was later dismissed in December 2014. Then i went for permission in Upper Tribunal. In the mean time i decided to go back to my home country . In this time i did not waste my time and i did MBA top-up. I voluntarily withdrew my application and came back in may 2015 on my own expenses. Now i want to go for Mphil or PHD. I just want to ask how many chances that i will get visa again from my home country.
Regards

What application did you make in January 2014, and why was it refused?

Thanks for your reply.
I made application for another masters but college did not give me cas letter due to english test result was pending. So i sent my application without cas but it was refused . I got my test results in may 2015. I was totaly unaware at that time that i did not finish my msc so i needed an english test. Appeal was dismissed becuase judge decided that at the time of application i did not have cas letter though home office lady was very supportive. She said on hearing that you looked comfortable in english and i have no questions for you. Its unfortunate that you did not get cas.
Is it possible now if i. Apply for entry clearance. Two universities are happy to give me place.
Thanks

What aspect of the Tier 4 eligiblity, or the general grounds, are you concerned about exactly?

hi sah10406
I have offer in PHD course. My concern is that if i apply for visa will it create any problem for me in getting visa because of my previous immigration history. If i fulfil all 40points then still is there a possibility of visa refusal.
I am just concerned and scared if i apply it will get refuse.
Any suggestion will i go for new visa from my home country or not?
Thanks
