Hi I am a newly registered user but I have been on this form from nearly 4 years...I have found the answers for everything but I couldn't find the answer for my question.I hope experts can give me best advice.
I came to Uk in September 2005 on student visa, then student visa extension, then Tier 4 student,n then tier 2 G in October 2012.no overstay no visa refusal etc.
I applied for ILR long residence in September 2015 on 10 years basis.I made a mistake in addresses.
I lived at address A (mentioned in ILR form) then moved to address B temporarily for 1 month(forgot to mention in ILR) n lived at Address C(mentioned in ILR form). the real problem is that my car driving license was for Address A first and then I changed it to address B but then forgot to change it immediately i.e after 1 month.I only realised when I had to renew my car insurance after 1 year but then I immediately changed it to address C.so on DVLA record, I lived at address B for A year.I haven't submitted my DVLA license or its copy to the home office nor I had any points, driving convictions or anything related to my license during all those 10 years.my ILR application is still pending but one of my friend told me that home office gets the data from DVLA to check if U have any driving offences. I'm a bit worried now because on DVLA record, firstly I lived for a year at address B But truth is that I lived for a month only(totally my mistake thats why I forgot to mention address B in application form.it was not by purpose) secondly I didn't mention the address B at all in my ILR application form which is a kind of deception... so can you please advice me what I am suppose to do in this situation.
