After I've got ILR with long residence I found private consultancy job for 6 months abroad but I can come back every 2 months to visit my family.
Even though I am working outside UK I am paying tax on my income for UK gov't as a registered self employed.
Could my stay outside UK for the above reason disqualifying me from getting my citizenship after 12 months of my ILR?
Please help me with this.
Thanks.

Yes it could.
See guidance on these matters (including rules on absences from UK) when applying for privilege of citizenship:

Would you need a visa for this country too? Also tax is paid where the work is done so you need to make sure your tax obligations are sorted.

Yes I need visa to go to this country but my employer is international organization it doesn't deduct any tax from my income so my tax obligations should be paid here since the money is transferred to UK.
