Two reasons mentioned
1-your sponsor finicially supported ny of ur fund you first entered uk on student visa dated 01/03/2012 untill 2016 . you now claim to live at same adress

my question is how many chances to win the appeal and how long it will this process?

The prospect seems good . For Direct Dependent family member, in country dependency will suffice.
