Right of work after refusal

Hi

I have applied for EEA family immigration as an extended member my case has been refeused and I am waiting for a hearing date its I have applied in januarry15 my case was declined in Aug15 and still I am waiting for hearing date is there any law I can right of work ? I am with two dependents

What is your relationship to the EEA National?

What is the relationship of the 2 dependants to the EEA national?

my uncle is sponsoring me ( my mother's brother ) and my dependents are wife and 4 year kid
