Tier 1 - In Country application + 200K

Hello Everyone ,

Just wanted to check in case applying for a Tier 1 visa from within the UK , do the funds (3rd party -200K) need to be in the UK OR can they stay in a bank account outside the UK.

Will appreciate a response.

Hii.. i applied through 3rd party fund in year 2011 which was held in an overseas account.. In my case money was held in my husband account.

The money needs to be in the UK, IF you are applying from UK.
