Application for my husband as partner route visa

hello Guys

My husband is planning to apply for his visa under the partner route and we're a bit stuck on the maintenance bit.

I have an indefinite leave to remain permit & a permanent job and earn around £22,000p.a do I need to provide payslips to cover his maintenance or do I need to have the £18,700 in my bank account?

What other documents does he need to submit and what form should he use, as we have had a look at the website there's nothing straight forward.

The specified evidence are given in Appendix FM-SE.

You need 6 months payslips to apply in category A. You just need to show pay going into your account for those 6 months, you don't need savings at all if you earn over the 18600 threshold.

Make sure you read through all the requirements. I suggest going through an immigration adviser if you are unsure.
