Disqualified Director or HMRC Penality

Just in case an Entrepreneur is Disqualified from the directorship and he has invested money in Company what will be its outcome.Or Company has been penalized due to any error by HMRC

Please make sure there is no such case I have come across just want to know if anything happens like that to anyone what is the status of his Visa and what are the follow up steps to survive

Are you just asking a hypothetical question? The probable reason for lack of replies is that this is an immigration forum...not a tax forum . :|
