ICT T2 to T2 General - Dependent visa

Hello Team,

I hearty Appreciate the effort/help provided this board admin team.

I have below query

1) I came to UK in march 2010 under T2 ICT.will make ILR application by coming sept.If I switch to Tier 2 General before my ILR get confirmed,does my wife(dependent and working) need to change her visa as well ?(her current ICT dependent visa valid till 2018).

Why not apply for ILR before you switch?? If you meet the other requirements, you seem to be eligible for ILR since last March, 9ish months ago. Your wife may also be eligible to apply for ILR with you, if she has been your dependent since before Jul 2012....
