Spouse Dependent Visa - Your Advise please

Post by tvn_ramesh » Mon Nov 05, 2007 12:46 pm

Hello Members;

I recently came to UK on Work permit and now i am planning to bring my family (wife n 2yrs daughter) here;

Is it necessary that i need to have certain no. of Minumum months Bank statements and Pay slip before i can apply for my spouse dependent visa??

Like:
1. Minimum MONTHS of bank statements should be collected 3months or 6months..

2. Minimum Months of PAY Slips like 3months or 6months

Any information would be highly appreciated

Supply six months of bank statements, and six months pay slips if you can. if you have been here for less than six months, supply what you can.

Thanks Victoria for the prompt reply...

As you mentioned i am here less than 1month and i can submit 1months bank statement and pay slp..

But my question is will it effect the outcome of my wife's visa (i dont want to be in a state of getting rejected..)

Or is it worth while waiting for 6months and than apply;

Is it mandatory to provide 6months Bankstatement and Pay slips?

Thanks again for the resonse

Regards

Hi Ramesh,

Can you please share how many month's payslip and bank statements did you show for your family visa?

I'm in the same boat. I'm here for past 1 month and got one month salary. Want to apply for my wife and 2 kids. Should I go ahead now, or wait for 1-2 months?

Thanks,
Vikas

Vikas:

As you know i just came in mid october.. and it took a while to open bank account so i did not really had a complete month bank statement.. so i thought i will wait for the Nov month end get 2months bankstatements and send it across to them and again this way i get 2months pay slips...

as victoria mentioned supply whatever you can... so i am planning to apply for my family in 1st week of december as it takes aweek for courier to send the ORIGINAL documents...

May be mail me at tvn_ramesh at yahoo dot com so that we can share what documents you are providing or i am (vice versa)

GOod luck vikas.. hope to hear from you..

Ramesh
