Spouse Visa Online Application

Hi
I am in a very weird situation. I want to apply for my wife visa from bangladesh, submitted my application, booked appointment, than moved to next stage "Pay for IHS", it takes to separte window, but shows the following message please see screen shot. In "You're joining or remaining with this person in the UK" it ask to to enter IHS ref and visa expiry i did put but still not processing.
I would really appreciate if someone helps

Other members have reported experiencing the same problem. There appears to be a problem with the gov.uk system.

It might be because you can't pay online for IHS if you are from Bangladesh and it needs to be done at the Visa application centre

"You need to pay by cash at an embassy or visa application centre if you’re in Bangladesh, Myanmar or the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. You can pay in cash or use the online service if you’re in Nepal."

but without going through IHS I can't print application form to submit

I am filling the application form for my wife visa. In Family details section under Spouse/Partner section should I add my details or my wife's details.As i Know Only in sponser section I have to add my details

Thank you for your help, unfortunately it was problem with IHS system, therefore I had to redo my application form

i submitted yesterday and it was fine .It gives you an IHS reference number then it tells you to pay the fee at the centre.

The IHS change is supposed to be £600 but the price in taka is 75000 so looked like they are charging an over inflated exchange rate(extra 50£)
