Meeting Financial Req

Post by sha373 » Wed Dec 30, 2015 2:48 pm

Hi all,
one of my frnd is working in security for 5 years and annual income is £16400 approx

i know required ampount is £18600, if he starts second job(hourly non-salaried) from january 2016, can he apply for spouse visa as soon as he fill the gap of remaining £2200 or he has to wait for 6 month to apply?
your answer is much appreciated, thanxx

does he have a child he is sponsoring also. just that i saw 22,000. not sure you are mixing 18,600 with 22000.

Obie I believe the Op means his friend is £2,200 short as he is only earning £16,400. i.e £16,400 + £2,200 = £18,600
