Am i eligible to work on a Curtailed Tier 2?

Hello!

I was made redundent on 30/11/2015, with one months notice, I am on a Tier II General visa, i have fortunately found a company to sponsor me and they want me to start immediately but have to perform a Market test before assigning the COS. Am i eligible to work for them still during my curtailment period? What is the process for this? Unfortunately i cannot afford to not be working.

No. You cannot start work until your visa is approved.
