Judicial review

Hi, I had applied judicial review on end of September 2015 and till now have been waiting for court decision to grant the permission. I had got the judicial review acknowledgement of service from HO on mid of Nov. I would like to know if anyone knows about the time duration does the court takes to accept or reject the case? Thankx
