OCI family application

I was given to understand that one can make a family application on behalf of 4 family members and I get the option of choosing individual or family at the start. However, in the online format, I am not offered that option at any point. Does that mean I have to make 4 separate applications ie complete 4 A & B parts? Please let me know- anybody who has applied for them and family recently.
