Hi,

I read about new rules regarding renting to immigrants. I have a question related to that only.
One of my friends is coming to UK on tier 2 ICT short term visa. He will be staying with me for a few weeks until he finds accommodation for himself.
I was wondering if these rules apply to me as well.
Please note:
1. He will not pay rent to me. He will stay as a guest.
2. I myself am an immigrant on Tier 2 General visa.
