Tier 1 ILR and FLR(M)

Post by arash_uk » Wed Jan 13, 2016 10:39 am

I have a quick question:
is dependent of a Tier 1 General who is on Tier 1 Dependent visa able to apply for FLR(M) on the same day that the main application is applying for ILR? They want to apply in person.

As FLR(M) is for the spouse of a settled person in the UK I worry that the dependent should apply AFTER the main applicant.

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that most who choose to do this, leave around 2 hours between appointments. Be aware however, if the ILR application is refused or deferred for further checks, the FLR(M) application will fail.
