Tier 2 extension - CoS Allocation

Hello All,

My Tier 2 Visa is due to expire in early April 2016 and my company is willing to sponsor me for another 2 years; when my HR logged in to SMS on 7th January 2016; she could not see any CoS available, so she requested for renewal of annual allocation of CoS; after we few days she received an email confirming the CoS has been granted but only available from 6th April 2016.

What does this mean now? I can't wait until 6th April; I will be out of VISA then, what shall I do now?

Seems like it may be rCoS allocation? Ask your HR to request for uCOS, which doesn't fall under the annual limit and should be allocated pretty quickly (few days/weeks).
