Tier 1 extention application

Post by cappachino » Sat Jan 16, 2016 12:02 am

If we receive a fpn (fixed penalty notice) for littering do we need to add this in the application form
In my case I recived the fpn of 50 pounds from the council when my employee was leafletting outside my premisses
I paid the 50 pounds

No. It does not count as convictions for the purposes of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
From https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... s-act-1974:
Fixed Penalty Notices and Penalty Notices for Disorder do not constitute a conviction or caution
(though they may be recorded on local police systems should the force consider it necessary to
do so) and they therefore are not covered by the 1974 Act .
