What if Tier1 Expire for dependent

Post by atifmkhan1212 » Wed Jan 20, 2016 12:20 pm

Hi,

Like to understand what will happen in a case when the Tier 1 expire next year for dependent and he/she hasn't applied for ILR. Can he/she still get a visa (any other) or needs to go back to the home country?

Thanks

If the main PBS migrant is granted ILR, then the PBS dependant may extend or switch preferably shorty before expiry of leave until eligible for ILR.
