2016 Citizenship Approvals

It's 7and half months now. I called them month ago they said application is in process than I called last week they said its on same place and no update.i emailed them today 20/01/2016 and they replay me "Your application is currently at an advanced stage of processing. While it
is not possible to give an exact timeframe
When I called them last week and I questioned them why it's taking too long she said we can't really say anything until minister approves it

Do anyone now what does it mean,should I expect the approved in next few days or weeks?

The reply is self explanatory and it is what it is. Advance stage meaning your application is being brought to finality and at a decision point now, so, give or take, your approval should issue soon and could be in days or couple of weeks. Looks good for you so stay calm.

Obviously a decision has already been made on your application and a letter will issue to you from the INIS in coming days hopefully it'll be an approval letter.

You don't sound very confident in my case ? I have seen your post earlier you are very positive on most of the applications ? Do you think something is missing in my application ? They would have ask for it?

Congrats to everybody for their approval. Just wondering if anybody have an idea about how long an application can stay in advanced stage. As i have been told after xmas that my application is in advanced stage. Kindly share your experience or opinion.

Hey guys i applied for eufam stamp4 on22nd October 2015 as it was expiring on 8th December 2015. I emailed them on 4th dec nd they said because of the volum of applications it will take 14 weeks from the date you applied for visa . But now it is the 14th week have gone nd no news from them?
Anyone here got their eufam4 recently please can share ur opinion.
I got emailed from cityzenship that we are checking lawful residency nd character nd as soon we have them we gona submi minister for decision? Any idea how long it could begiys?
Any idea guys nd kingdom man please.

Hi there , my GNIB expires during application process they send me a letter that they need valid GNIB card copy and my application won't process further till I send them , I have to apply for eu treaty rights again they took 4 months and send me temporary stamp 4 letter for 6 months , I renew my GNIB card and send it to citizenship department now my application is in advance stage , after approval u have to send them valid GNIB card with fee I think it's better to renew and send them

I emailed them today nd will see what they say now...i think they were off duty in end of December for 10-12 working days ..so i think i should wait for more 10-12 working days..

i have applied for citizenship Jan 2015 got acknowledgement early Feb 2015 cleared the stage 2 in May 2015 but my GNIB card expired 31 March 2015 , got a letter from Citizenship to send Garda card copy in June but my renewal took long , finally got it sorted on 07th Jan 2016 send straight to citizeship department they said my application is in advance stage , lets see how it will work out , do i have a chance to attend next ceremony on approval ?

I have applied in August 15 as my partner passport was expired we didn't knew it took 4 weeks to get her passport and I made new passport as well , so they didn't respond and send our passports back with the letter that they need more stuff from us in December 15 , I applied with required document and solicitor letter on 5th Jan and on 7th Jan I got response from Eu
treaty for temp stamp 4 till they process my application that's all I need valid GNIB to send to citizenship dept as required now am in que for decision
