Naturalization after getting points and court fine

Post by aa.jain04 » Sun Jan 17, 2016 1:51 pm

Hi,

I had received my ILR in Dec 2012. And just after 3 weeks I had an accident where it was my fault.

In May 2013, I was give 5 points and around £400 penalty by the court in Yorkshire.

So now I want to know when can I apply for Naturalization?

Is it after 3 years of May'13 or 5 years of May'13.

Your guidance would be very appreciated.

Regards

If non-custodial allow 3 years, as per AN guidance booklet.
