After or during the 1 year ban, can I apply visiting visasss

Hi. Everyone. I am currently in UK on a student visa. My visa expired yesterday. However, I want to stay in UK for longer time but less than one year to travel and stay with my friends. I was not able to get a new visa before it expire because of my own mistake. I was able to get a tier 5 visa.

The worst case is that I get a ban from uk for 1 year.

My question is, after the 1 year ban or during the ban, can I apply for visiting visa for other countries such as US, France? I know they will see my overstay record and consider it seriously. But I don't know how much it matters. Since travel visa are easy to apply, is it possible that they reject it even if I provide all the supporting documents?

I will appreciate it if there are anyone who had similar experience or know something about this situation to answer my question .

Which part of 'travel ban' do you not understand?!

I've known people fail US ESTA simply due to similar name as someone else - let alone having any sort of ban linked to them.

Hi, Thank you. The 1 year ban is only for UK which is for sure. I didn't find any related rules mention that I can't enter other countries. I know there are effects. Do you mean I will not be able to pass US ESTA any more even if I completed the one year ban?
