Curtailment letter

A very confusing and complex situation.

My sponsors license has been withdrawn, unfortunately. Does curtailment start from the date of license withdrawal or will HO send a curtailment letter to me. I do not know what the situation is or what to expect. Anybody have any idea what comes next??? The policy guidance does not specify exactly what should happen.

HO will curtail your leave to 60 days from the date of decision. HO usually takes a month or more to take the decision. Make sure that your current address is updated with HO.
