Processing Time HSMP

Hi all
I just join the discussion board
I am a Certified Accountant and from the Island Mauritius
Have made an HSMPapplication for over 28 through an OSIC legal adviser
I know that average processing time is approx 6/8 weeks
However have heard that as there are too many applications , average processing time will be about 3/4 months . Is that true?
Do some one know whether approval has been given for HSMP applcation inthe Accountancy profession, Would be grateful to liase with him or her
