Is it essential to get supporting declarations certified ??

Post by Mrs_H » Thu Dec 06, 2007 3:11 pm

Hi

Im including 3 supporting declarations with my husbands visa application as follows:

Supporting declaration from my husband
Supporting declaration from myself (main sponsor) and
Supporting declaratio from my sister (co-sponsor)

Do i need to get these certified by a solicitor??

Many thanks for your help and advice.

In most cases no. But I have been hearing about some embassies which require it. So read the website of the embassy to which you are applying - if it doesn't specifically say they must be, then they don't.

Hi

I'll get in touch with the Embassy and look on their website to see what the requirements are.

Thanks a lot.
