Submit the Accountant's letter and ask for a reconsideration.SG8 wrote:My wife visa is refused and reason given is that out of the 6 salary slip submitted, three of the amount doesn't correspond to the amount paid into account. I hadn't even noticed the discrepancy, the amount is 9 pence. Clearly it is the fault of my employer. My employer uses an accounting firm for their payroll and he is taking the issue to them. My question is what are my chances of success if I appeal with a letter from the accountant taking responsibility for their fault and paying that small difference to my account? Or is it better to reapply?
Any advice is much appreciated.
