Hi,
I'm filling up my naturalisation form.I got a professional referee.Can I filling up the other referee section by one of my friend who is a British passport holder and over 30 years old?

And What is the best way to send my application post office or NCS ?

yes, he can if he meets the other criteria like not a relative etc.

NCS in my opinion is better as you get your documents back immediately.

The joint passport and naturalization application seems more efficient. It's worth checking as well.
