EEA FP RC Refused, Appeal or submit a new application?

I submitted a new application as advised by Home office consultant , it is a bit worrying me though, still think I should have appealed as my first visa I got from outside the uk allowed me to stay till August and I submitted the first application in July but received the decision only yesterday. This way they might come up with an excuse which is that I stayed this time illegally between August until they receive the new application.
What do you think?

Did You Enclosed any letter stating the refusal of your first application?Was your Passport retained with immigration team as mine ? And did you request it back as you have to submit all the original documents with new application ?

I only wrote a letter (( cover note )) explaining the case along with the case ID reference without including any documents, they have the whole case on their systems, but I had my passport back with the decision so I didn't have the same situation like yours.

Whom should I contact to ask about my passport or any other queries . I am so worried .The numbers given on the refusal letter are not working.
Do you know who is MP ? Who are local immigration team ,are the same as HO ? (because they have my passport as written in the letter)

I really cannot advise much about your case, try this number 3001232253 to call the HO, it did work with us, i would advise to calm down and maybe you should call a lawyer for consultation.

My husband got his Registration certificate done.I am waiting for his third payslip from new job.Will be applying soon then
