Tier 2 extension visa

Hi , My visa runs out on May 14th 2015. My employer has a Tier 2 license for me for 4years from Feb 18th 2013. Will I be allwoed to extend my visa for another 3 years or will I only be allowed to go for 1 year?

Can my employer renew the license now for another 3 years or must he wait until the license expires next year. If he can - how much will it cost.

And how much will it cost me for say 1 year and 3 years?
