Hi,

1) What is maximum number of days can be allowed between residence labor market test finished date (Nov-30-2015) and certificate of sponsorship assigned date for switching migrant inside the UK.
2) What is the maximum number of days can be allowed between certificate of sponsorship assigned date to switching migrant and migrant company joining date in UK.

Please clarify me

rlmt is valid for 6 months.
the visa can be applied before 3 months of start of job. You should be starting as per the dates in cos, but can delay with a mutual consent of employer.
