Grandparents travelling with grand children

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone has had the scenario where your niece and nephew or your own children were travelling from INDIA to UK with your parents. (in more simpler terms - grandchildren travelling with grandparents).

Do you remember the documentation you/your sister, brother had to provide stating that they have permitted the children to travel with the grandparents ?
