Offer Letter Urgent

Post by vijayj » Tue Feb 09, 2016 1:17 pm

Sorry i need your urgent help,

My wife got job offer and her employer ask to accept it asap.

But we are not sure at what stage employer have to issue offer letter. Before CoS request OR after CoS approval on 11th ? They request CoS last week and we are waiting for answer this 11th.

The HR is very new and they don't have idea about visa stuff.

The offer letter is not a particularly relevant document. For safety sake as it is a restricted COS best to issue offer letter after the RCOS granted.

Thanks Frontier,

Her employer mentioned that it is conditional offer subject to reference check. So final offer will take time, by the time we will have some news this week for COS application.

One more questions, Do she need to provide offer letter at the time of Tier2 G application?

It helps to include the offer letter but it is no more than a confirmation document as all the detail in the offer letter is in the COS.
The ECO will like to to know when the job was offered to ensure the RLMT has been adhered to and that is the only value of the offer letter.

by the speed of answer they need back and for your own safety, rememeber that you do have to pay anything to get a offer letter/cos etc. If they are asking any money to issue any of these, they are not legit.
