A question about continuous leave

Post by Liuluxi » Sun May 03, 2015 10:02 am

Hi everybody,

Can I ask one question, that I am currently holding the Tier 4 Visa, ACCA course,
Before I hold 2010-2011 Tier 4 Visa MSc, 2011-2013 PSW.
There is no gap of these visas.

I am confused this item:
.you must have successfully completed and passed a UK recognised bachelor or postgraduate degree, Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Professional Graduate Diploma of Education or have completed a minimum of 12 months study in the UK towards a UK PhD during your current period of leave or a period of continuous leave1 which includes your last grant of leave; and
• you studied for the eligible award at a UK institution that is a UK recognised or listed body, or an education provider which holds a licence for sponsoring students under Tier 4 of the Points-Based System;

My company can sponsor me and Can I switch from T4 to T2?

Thanks.

Anyone can tell me?
Is Continuous leave mean continue staying in UK, regardless of any types of visa.
And the last grant of leave means current visa.

Hi Liuluxi.

Did you get an answer for your query?
I am in a similar situation and would like to know.

Thanks.
