Italy work permit help - lavoro sabordinato !!

hi all !

I had been interviewed by italian firm who are ready to give me job offer

i would like to know how to proceed .I have read that u help in obtaining workpermit. However at the sametime the work permit quotas for the
foreigners has been published .I would like to know if u are able to help in this regard?

The firms is providing me a contract of type contratto/collaborazione a progetto and they told me they would like to try for lavoro autonomo
permit .i hought of asking you can we get a work permit of type lavoro sabordinato with contract of type contratto a progetto ?

about me i am an Indian software engineer with 1.5 years of work experience . In which category should i apply for work permit ? i saw the following one's

a) the quota of 1000 places for higly specialized workers (art. 3, co. 1, lettera c) where u can easily mention me in specialised workers as i have good Research background on Grid Computing which is very rare , mentioning the importance to the Sap area .which will be very easy

b) In ARTICOLO 2 column 1 lettera q) it is mentioned 2.500 cittadini di altri Paesi non appartenenti all'Unione europea che concludano accordi finalizzati alla regolamentazione dei flussi di ingresso e delle procedure di riammissione.

i would like to know can someone in possession of lavoro autonomo change to lavoro sabordinato without waiting for the quota to be realease?

please guide me on this as soon as possible .
