Financial Requirement for Spouse VISA Extension

Hi guys,

I'm applying for my wife visa extension after her 33 months initial grant that is due to expire in April 2016. I'm full time employed and earning enough to meet financial requirements. In my spare time, I do freelancing (from last 6 months). I registered a company where my wife is registered as a secretary. I wanted to ask, do I need to mention my freelancing work and my wife's employment since my permanent employment already meets financial requirements for spouse visa extension?
