change visa

Good evening
Iam an non-europian citizen i have residenc of 5 years in romania
My question is if i have visa for tourist to UK . Can i change it or make permission of work if i find job in england ?
Plzz help me

No, you can't switch in-country for a visit visa.

You can only work if you can find a licensed sponsor to employ you on a T1G visa - which usually means highly educated or very specialist and then you can only apply from your country of residence.
