FLR(M) Second Extension salary Increased

Hi
I have a question regarding the finance.

My application will be under salaried employment with same employer for last 6 months. My wife had a pay rise on last payslip means 6th payslip of this month. She received the increment letter from employer this month with increment and bonus for last year stated on it which she will receive with this month salary. I am applying 2nd week of next month March. Her both old and new salaries exceeds the threshold.
We will provide the increment letter but How do I show her salary? and bonus? bonus is not fixed its one off. My question is

Do I need to Add bonus in total.?

Do we have to state the new annual salary or an average of both new and old over the 6 months?


She is working with same employer from last 2 years.

Do we need to submit more then six months payslips?

I have one more question. Do we have to submit personal statement? Is it necessary for second extension of spouse visa? when there is nothing to declare as form is 79 pages long and asking each and every question.
