Dependant Sole Representative

I am in the UK as a Representative of Overseas Business (a non-PBS VISA) valid to 01/07/2017.

I’m married with a medical doctor in the UK as a Tier 2 (General), sponsored by NHS.

I have my entry clearance in my passport, she now have the BRP valid until 16/08/2016.

She want to join my visa as my dependant, so, we will be all under the same process, renewing everything together and of course, se will have a leave to remain until my date current date 01/07/2017.

We are trying to find informations about how to apply as my dependant, while in the UK already, but we couldn’t find anything accurate.

1-She need to apply using the FLR(O) form, as a completely new leave to remain application (as Dependant of a person who has limited leave to enter or remain in the UK other than under the points based system)?

2-She can use the premium centres? FLR(O) form say yes, but the eligibility part in the website says something "You can’t use the premium or super premium service if you’re: a business person, innovator, sole representative or investor”. So, apply as a dependent of a sole representative is considered the same in this case?

3-She (or both of us) just need to apply for a TOC (transfer of conditions) and get a (new replacement in her case and a new one in my case) BRP?
