Need expertise assistance please on Below Query regarding depedent settlement Visa - Appendix 2 (Part 3 > 3.3)

About me, I got my ILR in April 2014 and i moved to work in India in June 2014 (intra company transfer in india) and i returned to UK to work in July 2015 and i am working here for last 8 months now, I am planning to process dependent Visa for wife and kid.

While filling Appendix 2 i came across below questions,
1) 3.3 - I am sure i need to complete 3A however can you please confirm whether its Category A or B ?
2) 3.20 - Whats was your sponsor's total income from salaried employemnt in the 12 months prior to the application - What i need to give here whether its my last 8 months salary or 12 months salary agreed ?

Please help !!!!

Sounds like Cat A insofar as you meet the financial requirement as per Appendix FM 1.7 (click).
