I am a Indian National and my Wife is Spanish. I'm currently in the UK on the basis of a EEA1 visa which is set to expire in June 2016. we have rented a flat and we live together.
My wife has just graduated with a masters degree and she is trying to get a "full-time job", until then she is working part-time at MOLTON BROWN, 12 HOURS each week. she should get paid 321 pounds this month.(she just started her part time work this week.)
as for myself, I'm currently unemployed as it seems employers are quite hesitant to hire because of my visa.
so my question to the experts is as follows :
1) is it better if i apply simultaneously for my residence card and my wife's registration certificate.
2) as my wife only works 12 hours each week and she earns 321 pounds would this potentially harm my residence card application (as in increased chances of refusal) if we submit it together?
3) I have a few utility bills on my name but not the council tax, is it mandatory to submit the council tax bill with your residence card application?
4) can anybody please list the documents that i need to apply for the residence card and my wife's registration certificate
Thank you so much in advance
