How much sure about & year old child get visa

Hi my question is about 7 Year old children who stay in uk .

We came in this country in 2009, First children is born in 2011 in uk after that we renew visa until 2015
After that we apply FLR- O in 2016 January file is rejected, file is in judicery review. My solicitor advise me to stay legally until your children becam 7 years old then she has a legal right in this country. during this period we did't fly out side uk.

so now my question is that how many percentage chances that i get visa when my child 7 years old?

There is no 7 year rule now as such - more about the child's best interests whether to return or nay to return.

Tis twixt the cup and the lip nowadays......
