Dear ALL

Could any body please let me know after how long I will get an Appeal date as my visa was refused on TOIEC BASE in october and till not get my appeal date . My solicitors mentioned me there is huge delay .

Early reply would be appreciated

My TEN YEARS is going to complete in july and my baby is going to 7yr in december . please also advice what I could do .

Surely no one knows when, particularly given that appeal rights are gone since April 2015. Btw may I ask when you initially applied & why you appealed the decision ? If I understand it such English test is not acceptable by HO.

Refuse lame February 2014. Immigration history
With full points.

First appeal date aug 2014

Appeal allowed Sep 2014

Solicitor chase up letter June 2015
Home office reply that all Toiec test applicants are
Under examine so there is delay

Refuse because if Toiec Oct 2015

Appeal date till not have

Any comments for below are also appreciated

Ten years is going to complete in july2016

Daughter going to be 7 in Dec
